Prepared costume zoning code for the Hampton Bays Senior Housing Planned Development District (SHPDD), Town of Southampton.

East Hills Zoning and ARB Planning Study

Analyzed and made recommendations for the proposed “Anti-McMansion” Law and Architectural Review Board of the Village of East Hills, Long Island. Included comparison of various zoning and architectural review regulations. Inventoried residences in the Village by structure size and style.
